Cancellations and changes for tour operators/travel agencies
Cancellation of bookings must be notified to us by letter or email by the party leader as soon as possible.
Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing by us.
The following cancellation charges will be payable (except if hotels have others conditions)
- 0% cancellation charge per person cancelling if 45 days or more before departure
- 100% cancellation charge per person cancelling if 35 days of less before departure
force majeure : cancellation fees 10% of total amount for groups -
