Arrival in Aix en Provence and visit of the city. Installation at your hotel in Nimes. Dinner and overnight.
Nîmes, Pont Du Gard
Visit the Arena of Nîmes, the Maison Carrée and the Tour Magne. Lunch. In the afternoon, guided tour of the Pont du Gard aqueduct on 3 levels, 50 meters high, a masterpiece from the Roman era. Classified as World Heritage of Humanity by Unesco and on the other hand labeled Great Site of France. Possibility to organize a Kayak excursion on request.
Arles, Saint Remi De Provence, Les Baux De Provence
Walk in the historic center of Arles to discover the Arenas, the necropolis, the theater, the terms of Constantine, the cryptoporticus. After lunch departure to Les Baux de Provence with stop at the antiques where we see a triumphal arch and the mausoleum of Jules. After discovering the Château des Baux where you will attend the "Carrières de Lumières" show, multimedia projection from thousands of images of digitized works of art. This year the show is dedicated to the great painter Dali.
